Complete Room Design includes:
- Custom Online Design Portal
- Comprehensive (and fun!) Design Questionnaire About Your Space
- 1x Moodboard
- 2x Rounds of Feedback and Revisions (within 5 business days) until you are 100% satisfied
- Finalized 2D Room Board With Corresponding Shoppable Links For All Items Included In The Design From Well Known Retailers
- Floor Plan Design With Set-Up Instructions
- Direct messaging with your designer
- 2 Week Post Design Follow-Up
Please contact Ella if you are unsure if your space needs qualify for a *Finishing Touch* or *Whole Room Design* package. Finishing Touch is reserved for accessories, decor & minimal furniture completion of a space or one-off design needs.

Need help pulling a few details of your space together, but not a comprehensive room design? This package focuses on any area of your home that needs a minor refresh.

Designing and Styling one wall or small area of a room with a curated Designer touch to pull it all together

BOOKSHELF STYLING- $175 Each
Bookshelves are HARD to style...we get it!! And we are here to help. Let us cohesively style those shelves to match the rest of your space.
Please purchase one add-on for each SET (vertical sections) of bookshelves you have. So if you have 4 built-in sets, you will need to purchase 4 of these add-ons.
We will need the height, width and depth of each shelf. We cannot work-in existing items into the shelf styling and will recommend new items for all shelves.

Crucial to every project is making sure I'm a good fit for you. That's why we will schedule a Discovery Call, where you can talk to me about your space, design needs and style.
After your discovery call, you'll complete our fun Design Questionnaire which will help define your style and direction for your space.
I offer a helpful step-by-step How-To Guide to help you through the process of taking great photos and measurements of your space. Download the guide below!

Getting Started
Once I receive your Design Questionnaire, we'll schedule your Onboarding Consultation where we will thoroughly examine how you envision your space. After our call-within 24-48 hours, you'll receive your Letter of Agreement, outlining your selected package.
Once signatures and payment is collected, you can sit back and relax while Ella Mathis Designs gets to work!
Once the initial designs are complete, you will gain access to our Client Portal via a personalized, password-protected webpage, available to you 24/7 for 1 year!
In addition, I'm here for you, in any communication style that works for you, from email to the occasional Zoom call.
If you're not liking the design, don't worry! All packages include two rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost.

Once you are 100% satisfied with your design, you get to order your recommended products! The Shoppable Board makes it easy to order. And if you have any questions, I'm here for you for up to two weeks after your purchases are made!
The best part of E-Design is that you can shop your designs on YOUR timeline with access to your design page and design boards for 1 year post project completion!
